List of essentials

 List of essentials until the second rapture:

1. Map of surroundings: plan your escape route and destination well. Choose somewhere with cover like dense trees, at least one escape route, caves if you can, a water source nearby and that have some natural resources (wild berries, medicinal plants etc.).
2. Waterproof tent: do not be stingy. Go for one that can endure harsh wear and tear and that is easy to pack and carry (Don't buy something too heavy). It would be better if it could have anchor points to anchor to the ground.
3. Waterproof clothing: you know the utility of that one. Heavy duty boots, coat, overalls, hat or raincoat; whatever you have that is waterproof.
4. Insulating clothes: that is important in case of harsh drops in temperature. Do not forget thermal underwear, hats, socks, scarves and gloves. Googles to protect your eyes too, just in case.
5. Light breathable clothes: for heatwaves and scorching temperatures.
6. Flintstone: essential to create fire. Conduct research on other ways to make fire, coal, candles or oil lamps.
7. Seed packets: get as many as you can and treasure them. There is a reason most fruits are going seedless.
8. Salt: essential for cooking, preservation and an essential electrolyte for survival.
9. Vinegar: for preserving food for a long time like pickling and emergency antiseptic for superficial wounds.
10. Sugar: to provide energy and also for preserving food.
11. Knives: try to get a good utility knife of a good size and a multifunction one too. You will be using that knife for cutting, skinning prey and many other things. So choose a durable one. 
12. Solar rechargeable torch: get a good one of a decent size. Solar rechargeable batteries would be good too.  
13. Solar watch: to keep tract of time. Specially in the woods. You have to reach your camp before sundown for safety.
14. Axe: try to find a medium one. Your utility knife ain't gonna last long if you use it to cut branches. You can use it to hunt too; maybe. And you need firewood to cook. Camping gas is not gonna last and me thinks you won't have access to any. 
15. Whetstone: to keep your weapons sharp. You ain't going nowhere with a dull knife or axe.
16. Medicine/emergency box: this is essential. Most have no idea about what plants are medicinal nowadays, so better stick to what you know to avoid poisoning yourself. Antibiotics, fever tablets, diarrhea tablets, headache tablets, gauze, bandage etc.  
17. Alcohol: try to bring a high percentage alcohol in a small bottle. It can be used to disinfect and preserve food also.
18. Research of filtering water techniques: this is essential. Do no neglect this. Whether it is the good old method of rocks/charcoal/sand or using plant stems that naturally filter dirty water (yes there is such a method), do not neglect any. That is one of the most essential things. And if you can, bring chlorine tablets.
19. Blankets: bring at least one heavy-duty blanket.
20. A net: to keep mosquitoes and other insects at bay and can be used to catch fish too.
21. Containers: for drinking water, to preserve food, to collect rainwater etc.
22. Spices: for preservation, pickling and some have medicinal properties.
23. Pot: you will need at least one pot to cook your meals and boil your water.
24. Pocket encyclopedia: try to find one about herbal/medicinal plants or wild edible plants.
25. Some rope and a hook: for fishing and to tie things.

And the most important one: your Bible. Read it, pray, repent, believe and trust. God will provide for you and guide you if you only accept Him in your life. Have a close relationship with Him and do not fear. The Lord our God is with us.
